I do photographs of high quality of most subjects — I really like travel, macro and nature photography, but also commercial photography. If you have a suggestion or project that might be interesting I’m open to new projects and ideas.
Most of my photographs are taken using the high resolution full frame Canon 5D Mark II and various lenses from the Canon system.
The post production is done on a recent Mac Pro, Apple Aperture 3 and Adobe Photoshop CS4.
I work on a few different web pages powered by WordPress and The Thesis theme. The pages range from plain blogs to full featured e-commerce sites. My favorite web programs are Coda, Transmit and TextWrangler.
Photography is a counterweight and complement to my scientific background – the creative work-flow and the beautiful moments before, during and after I press the shutter.
